It was a celebration of Excellence and togetherness as the NIFST Lagos Chapter held its much anticipated end-of-year party today 1st December, 2024 and it was an event filled with joy, laughter, and recognition of outstanding contributions to deserving members. NIFSTers came together to celebrate the achievements of the year and the bonds that make our chapter special.

Individuals who have gone above and beyond were honored for their dedication and impact. The awards presented include:

Dr. Adebayo-Oyetoro Abiodun (HOD, FST YABATECH) was given an award of excellence for her for her tremendous feat in planning and organizing the first technical session for Lagos chapter.

Members of Ota zone led by their Coordinator Dr. (Mrs) Alagbe Edith were rewarded for excellent innovations in upscaling NIFST, thereby earning them the award of TRAIL BLAZZER ZONE. Ikeja Zone were given the award of the BEST ZONE for their many activities successfully organized. Ikeja Zone is members trooped out in their numbers led by their Coordinator Oluyomi Collins.
Mr. Stephen Eziefula a dedicated and committed NIFSTer of many years was awarded for his dedication and unrelenting commitment in all assigned responsibilities in Lagos chapter

Corporate members were also on ground to grace the occasion and add more steeze to the vibes of the celebrations. Friesland-Campina WAMCO and IDL were visibly present with a broad spectrum of their products on display and in hand bags for attendees.

Apart from the awards, members enjoyed exciting activities, delicious meals, and entertainment that made the day even more memorable. It was also a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the successes of 2024 and set our sights on an even better 2025.
