Special Lifetime Impact Award For Oloye Ladipo On Her Centenary Mark.

On the 23rd day of February 2024, NIFST SPECIAL DELEGATION visited a dear passionate member of the trustees of NIFST with the sole purpose of celebrating her achieving a great landmark of centenary and presented a Special Lifetime Impact Award to OLOYE VIOLET IYABODE LADIPO at her LISABI House to mark her Centenary Celebration!

The high-powered delegation included the representatives of the NIFST Council: NIFST National President- Prof. Joseph Oneh Abu, the V.P 1- Dr. Bola Oshinowo, the National Secretary ( Alhaji Bello Labaran Baba), two
Emeritus Past National Presidents (Mr. Wole Toye and our amiable First Lady of NIFST – Mrs. Dolapo Coker,
Chairman, NiFST Lagos Chapter- Mr. Olugbenga Aina and his Vice Chairman- Mrs. Kikelomo Amoreoluwa.

In appreciation of the kind gesture by the institute, Mama’s sons – Dr. Josephus Kayode Ladipo and Mr. SHEX Ladipo- who received the NIFST delegates; revealed that Mama’s secret of longevity is Love to mankind.

They recalled that Dr. J. Kehinde Ladipo – the late son of Mama – was a foremost Food Technologist and one of the founding fathers of NIFST in Nigeria!

Mama LADIPO could not hide her joy and emotions at the event, as she joyfully engaged in several photo shoots with the delegates.

We eagerly look forward to joining the family in the upcoming 100years Birthday Thanksgiving on March 21, 2024, by God’s Grace.
